In times of stress and boredom, I really enjoy surfing and yoga.  This two activities complement each other. They give me inner peace and enlightenment.

Yoga, gets me very  relaxed and loose.  Before class I define a intention for my practice and I devote all my focus to that intention throughout the class.   When I inhale I give thanks to the universe for giving me an intention and when I exhale I breathe out all the negativity that might arise with my thoughts.

Surfing,  is indescribable.  I am not a professional surfer by any means.  When you surf, you feel as if you were an invincible being walking over water.  Nothing else matters. Just you, your board, and the ocean.
